Our Team

Taft Counseling Center is comprised of psychologists, therapists, and counselors with the appropriate doctoral or graduate training and state licensure needed to ensure they can help you. Each year, they complete additional educational trainings on up-to-date, research-based therapies.

Reda Rasco, Psy.D., LPC-S.

Dr. Rasco is a licensed psychologist and a supervising licensed professional counselor. She has been at Taft Counseling since 2002, Dr. Rasco provides Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and psychological assessments. She presently is the Executive Director and provides supervision and training to those seeking licensure as professional counselors.

David Daniels, LMFT

Mr. Daniels brings years of full-time ministry experience serving as a youth minister and college minister. He presently fills the role of Director of Pastoral Counseling. David’s counseling passion is to aid wounded couples, families, and individuals to heal past hurts while finding solutions for better living in the present.

Beverly June Bitz, LPC-S

Mrs. Bitz  brings years of experience as an advocate/counselor working with domestic violence and sexual assault victims, including individual and group counseling. June also provides supervision and training for those seeking licensure as professional counselors.

Vanessa Kincheloe, Ph.D

Dr. Kincheloe  is a licensed psychologist. She has been at Taft Counseling since 2009. Dr. Kincheloe provides psychotherapy and psychological assessments. She presently is the Assistant Executive Director.
