Telehealth Information

Taft Counseling Center is working to keep you and our community emotionally and physically healthy during the pandemic by offering telehealth sessions, checking temperatures, screening health symptoms, requiring masks, and sanitizing the building.

For telehealth sessions:

  1. Sign the consent for telehealth located on the New Clients page.
  2. Email consent to taft@taftcounseling.com.
  3. Call the office 5 minutes before your appointment time.
  4. At the time of the call, we will take your payment via phone and schedule the next appointment.
  5. You will receive instructions on how to log in.
  6. Log in to the site.
  7. Wait for your provider to connect.
